I don't think I've ever seen Oliver's youtube tutorials for A:M.

Where the heck have I been?

 

Here's one where he starts to set up a book with turning pages based on Kevin Detwiler and Robert Holmen's example posted here in the forum.

Note that this is a multi-part tutorial (in 5 parts) and is Tutorial 40 in the series.
