higginsdj
I have dynamic constraints turned on but the results, when rendering with Netrender are terrible (obviously since each render node does not know where the 'position' of the dynamic bone is from one frame to the next). Is there a simulate or 'bake' option? Cheers
markw
Yes you will need to bake them. Right click in the Chor window and choose > 'Bake Dynamic Systems'. Also if you've used a lot of Dynamics, have your Chor view in wire-frame and the timeline closed, it helps speedup the baking. Its a while since I last used it but I found I had to do a lot of futzing about to get it looking good. For my 'Rear Window' bit I actually baked the Dynamics at 17fps which improved the look of it and then went back to the default project rate of 24fps after baking. From memory I think after baking I also turned off 'Simulate On The Fly' in the constraint settings. I would suggest you make a small test project and tinker about before committing on your main project.
