A:M Order Query

Hi

I have emailed "Orders" twice but have not received a reply to date, I placed an order for the non expiring licence version of A:M on 28/12/16 (14 days ago).

When I go to my Store Account my Order is still showing as "Processing", I would like to know has this order been dispatched as advertised in the Store, I find the lack of information a little concerning as you can appreciate.

It looks like he didn't see your order in the cue.

Hello,

I full on suck, and my work has been trying to kill me. I have forgot to check orders@hash.com for a bit and I'm behind on support@hash.com too. But I did send you a email about this. I would get your order in the mail tomorrow but the post office will not pick up at my apartment so I have to drop it off Saturday since I will not be off work any time the post office is open.

 

Sorry about that. I keep saying I'm going to get back on top of Hash, Inc email and projects. But every time I think I get on top something comes up either with work or personal. Last week a router failure, but the good news is it failed the day the new one got here so just 2 sleepless days and it was 90% back.

My work is hiring someone soon so I can get back no top of things

Hi Jason,

Got your emails and many thanks for your response.

Know your pain well "​Just when you thought you could see a light at the end of the tunnel, it turns out to be some joker with a torch bringing more work​" <_<  guessed there had been some sort of hiatus when the 14 day delivery period rolled on by and there had still been no change to the order status.

 

All got sorted in a timely manner which makes me happy :yay: I just got to figure out how it works now, here begin-eth the journey down the learning curve.
