Is there a simple way to change the sound volume while it is played (time based) thanks

Change the volume setting on your computer.

I specified time based bacause I want the music to fade off at it's half so that an actor can speak over it...

I do not recall any sound editing capabilities in Animation Master. In general sound should be edited and completed before animation can begin. Only the final sound clip is to be imported in A:M for animation.

If you want to edit sound, I think this is a free sound editing program.
