Is there a picture of the rendered particle hair somewhere on your sight? Am I missing it? Wireframes look great nonetheless. Would love to see a final render.

Colin, your tutorials have helped me immensely and are, in my opinion, essential reading for any aspiring A:M artist. Thank you for your generosity to the A:M community.
Absolutely first class!
It's all there, beautifully presented and easy to follow.
I am a big fan of all your work.
Thanks again.

Hey Colin,
I have to echo your sentiments about A:M's hair. I like it better than just about anything I've tried (Shave, Maya Fur -- I haven't tried Maya 6 hair so I can't comment on it). I played around with Ornatrix (a free plugin) for Max and it is actually very, very similar to A:M's hair, although it doesn't let you shape the hair in quite the same way or use images to generate the hair like A:M does.
A:M has a great hair module, the best in the 3D world, in my opinion. I, too, think it's an awesome selling point. It's too bad (or actually not too bad for Hash) that most of the big boys make their users buy a plug-in or sell a higher-priced version to get a similar, yet not-as-good, feature. A:M is still the best deal and the hardest working software in show business.

P.S. your tutorials rock! Thanks for doing them.
