Looks like a great *free* tool! Awesome find! After reading the whole page, I now have a better understanding of what a normal map even IS, before I was a little 'foggy'... I need to try this!

Tried it out, it is very worthwhile, I think. In this test I simply googled for a decorative image- ran it thru nDo in Photoshop and then animated the normal amount from zero to 150. Also used the original image map as the color decal...
