I[m trying to do a simple walk cycle for Lady Goodbody but something about the rigging is complicating it. I'm just not sure what to turn off or adjust. I did try turning off both autobalance and balance rigid, but unfortunately I did it AFTER I had begun animating so the results were wacky to say the least!

Can someone tell me what's safe/sensible to turn off so I'm not fighting with the rig just to do a walk cycle?

Turn the balance poses OFF at the model level, not the action. And delete any keys made for those poses in the action.

Thanks Mark. I *just* noticed that that's the first instruction in the "Take a Walk" exercise. D'oh! I should have put this under "Newbies".
