Can anyone think of a texturing treatment for these generic Winkies that would make them look more detailed?

It would have to be something that still lets the predominant surface color show thru. They're all the same model but they set themselves to different colors at the start of the sequence.

Probably something with an alpha channel that adds buttons or seams or laces or cuffs. Something to make them look less flat.

More than adding detail I think it may be a matter of adding contrast.

The thing that strikes me is that they all appear to have the same basic hue and lighting.
This keeps them as a group from having an appropriate contrast amongst themselves and with the band.

Two methods come to mind to achieve some quick contrast:
1 - Adjust the ambiance level of some Winkies in their surface properties
2 - Apply cylindrical decal(s) (black or other appropriate colors) to the original Winkie and adjust the percentages on that

If detail is needed a few displacement maps would do wonders to add variety to the crowd.

I was unclear. I'm looking for someone who wants to do it.

Yes, you forgot to mention that.
