Anyone else getting this when they try to clean up? Updating doesn't fix it either. What's going on?
NancyGormezano
sorry - can't help - what's cleanup? I 've never tried that -

If I were to guess - after looking at the log for that folder, and also using the repobrowser - it looks like the last thing to be "added" was 02_11_01_WIP.prj, where perhaps it should have been 02_11_01_wip.prj committed - as it already existed in the database? (difference is the caps for WIP?)

I don't know the solution - other than maybe for Andy to delete the "WIP" version, and commit it as the "wip" version

Try deleting all the cho and prj files in your local 2_11_01 folder and *then* run an update. Maybe that will work?
KenH
Tried those but no joy. Weird. I fixed it by deleting (not with svn) the Act 2 folder, cleaning up and then updating again. Whatever.

Well all of a sudden I started having the same trouble as you Ken.
I deleted all the folders in "Seq11-Tin_Man_Falls" (.svn, Sco1,Sc02).
I ran an update, which only downloaded the Sc01 folder.
I created a new folder named "Sc02", then I right-clicked on it and chose "TortoiseSVN > Checkout".
In the window that popped up, under URL of SVN Repository (or whatever), I selected the "Sc02" folder.
Everything seems to be working OK ....

It's OK to save different versions of your project on your own local hard drive. But please do not upload them to svn. When you upload to svn, first save your current Choreography as "2_11_01.cho" (over-right the existing file) and save your project as "2_11_01.prj" (over-right the existing project). Then upload only those two files to svn.
Subversion automatically saves versions of your work. Each time you commit your work, a new version is saved. If you ever have to go back to a previous version, you can download the previous version from the svn repository.
KenH
Ah. Andy must have taken folder 2 off svn. Also the only svn options we need to use are COMMIT and UPDATE.
