Here is a podcast done by Lou Mongelo of wdwradio. While the podcast is admittedly slanted towards Disney, this particular podcast is an interview with Disney producer/director Don Hahn (Roger Rabbit, Beauty and the Beast) and former President of the Walt Disney Studios, Peter Schneider.

It provides some insight into Disney animation from the producer's point of view, and think it would be of interest to most of us.
