Hey folks,

I have been truly inspired by Mark's ocean rig, and Eric's Nautilus using the rig. So, thought I would give this a try as well.

I've started modeling this submarine to use with the ocean rig and hope to have something that looks 1/10 as good as Eric's.

Anyone able to guess which submarine this is?

That's a submarine made for splining. You're doing pretty well if you captured it in just the "sail"

I love that sub, the one from Seaquest DSV was kind of cool, though very 90s looking smile.gif

A friend of mine had the bathtub model of that, but it was yellow submarine yellow, not gray.

Yup! That sounds like an Irwin Allen production! laugh.gif

The big mossy monsters, space creatures and time travel don't come in until later though....

my favourite Irwin Allen show is The Time Tunnel, that was really good, it wasn't really a goofy show and was quite captivating. They were going to do a remake of it back in 2007, but it never got off the ground.
