Save your master.lic file before you uninstall. Copy it back in after you reinstall.

But first just try Help<Reset All Settings and restart.

Thanks boss, all i had to do was restart from the help menu, and its is rendering properly.
Please, how can i save to master.lic or what this master.lic.

A search would certainly find it, no?

But it's in the same folder your A:M is in. copy it, paste it somewhere safe.

I dont really know what is happening to my AM. Yesterday, i tried to render a 28 seconds animation which i did, on the first attent, it rendered only 3 percent and refused to continue rendering, and on the second attent it render 5 percent and will not continue rendering.
What kind of problem could this be, and i how i fix this problem.
As for me i think reinstalling my software is what i should do, any suggestions.
Darkwing
well, reinstalling never hurt software (to my knowledge) I've reinstalled AM before and it works
petokosun
hmm, thanks any more suggestions.

It is possible you might be running out of RAM. AM will quit like that if there is Hair in one of my scenes and my computer runs out of RAM. If you are on Windows, bring up the Task Manager when you are rendering, click on the "Performance" tab and keep an eye on how much RAM is being used. If this is the problem, you will have to either buy more Ram, decrease the complexity of your scene or render groups of elements in separate passes and composite them together later.

If you're not rendering to an image sequence, that would be my first suggestion. Never render a long or time consuming render to a movie file.

If hair or particles are involved, lighting them with z-buffered lights only will take less memory than ray-traced lights.
