When I scale down the person model down to size to match everything else for my animation animation master either crashes or the bones don't stick to the model then a bunch of errors pop up when I try to fix it (in the choreograph window)

I couldn't test your PRJ because almost every part of it is not saved in the PRJ. Do Project>embed All and save the PRJ again. And of course you'll rename it so you don't save over your old PRJ file.
