Click to view attachmentAfter a hard drive crash and reinstalling Vista and IE8 this is how the web site comes up? Also some of the animated avatars like Matt Cambells don't show either. I know I must be missing something simple. Any idaes on how to fix this?....

Try installing the latest flash and java updates.

you are not loading the flash menu.
