Hi John- welcome to the AM forums! You might want to post this request in the Jobs Board forum down at the bottom. It would also help to post maybe a screen shot of the model in wireframe view, as rigging is highly dependent on the quality of the mesh. This way interested parties can get a sense of what you need done and can maybe offer guidance if the mesh needs modifying before the rigging can be done.

You also may get better response and interest if you post a sample of your work and ask questions before you jump right into the hiring phase.
