I must have missed the post that says what kind of rig you used in your model.... what rig are you using ?

If she keeps doing that she is surely going to strain something.

great work except for her hand going through floor.

If she keeps doing that,
I'm likely to strain something.

Ahhh...would'nt it be GREAT if we had RAG-DOLL physics for automatic simulated falls? I dig your character, well rigged... I'd love to see you implement some sort of dynamic (cloth or dyn constraint) in her bell-bottoms... they look rather 'starchy' like that. I played around with cloth recently and was pleasantly surprised at how well it is working! I could walk-you-thru the basics of implementing either method.

Now that would be great Matt ,I did a few pose sliders for them but its not good ,I didn't use them on this one btw .The rag doll thing that Vern was working on looked really good ,where is he lol

The easiest way would be to make a dynamic...'bell'. (Always save-as before doing something like this)
Working on 1 leg to start...find the lower leg bone (1st one under the knee, it may be hidden) and make a 'child' bone of it that runs from the knee to the ankle. The lowest ring of CP's at the bottom of the pants will be weighted to this bone fully, and taper the rings above it so there is some falloff. Now make a new pose and call it 'PANTS DYNAMIC (off/on) this is where you add the constraint, in a pose so you can turn it off or on as desired. Select the new bone and give it a dynamic constraint.(Targeting/constraint about 25% Angle limit about 15-22 degrees.)
Now, in your choreography, turn the pose ON...and hit play! You should see some dynamic 2ndary action on that pantleg...adjust settings to taste. Now, do the other leg...
HOPE that gets you going!

It sure did ,heres what I got so far,its looking a lot better
edit
Im finding that I can stop a lot of passthrough by ajusting the wiating ,I have the bottom splines wiated to the calf/dynamic bone and some on the foot, theres allmost no passthrough at all ezcept an a vigorous run I get it at the extreme frame when the feet are widest apart ,but I can live with that ,will do another render soon .This work's realy well Matt

Got this now ,no passthrough but not so much movement

Matt I think I have it now ,I used the blocking idea from your hair dynamics it seems to work well ,In the clip I don't have it transparent yet

Thank's ,that idea of the blockers works well from Matt.Im going to play with it on other bones
