I had my hard drive fail on mt ASUS lattop,plus both memory sticks! We think one caused the other. Back up and running now but I'm gonna need a new activation code I think. What info do I need to e-mail to support?

I just reinstalled A:M but didn't have an issue using my original code. Do you have the web subscription confirmation e-mail that Hash sent you when you purchased? That includes your code and a download link.

Yes I have the original e-mail But when I put in that code it says "Activation code already in use" or something like that....

You just need to send an email to Jason at hash dot com explaining the situation. I think they deactivate the old one and give you a new key (or master.lic file once you generate some data from a file he gets you to run). I've done it a few times over the last few years....
