So, here is another ship (which is actually two ships) which needs to be built. This is a ship that gets a scene before being torn apart by the Earth Link. There are two ships of the same class, the Kennedy and the Endeavour, and this is their design (though one is blue instead of red)

This class of ship is more of an orbital patrol/reconnaissance ship, so it's relatively small. If there's any takers on this ship, please post here or send me an e-mail, this ship has a bit more of a priority on it as it is seen in the next few scenes, so it should be needed in the next month

Well, seeing as this ship is pretty much next on the list of things to be animated, I've begun building it. It's almost done the modeling stage, but will need texturing. Anyways, here's the ship so far:

Agreed! Nice work! smile.gif

that really looks great but I have a question about the scale of the railing around the top deck. Either those guns are tiny, or the railing is like 20 feet tall! That's the kind of detail that will really cue the viewer to the scale of the ship. Nice work otherwise though!

they're small guns. They'd be about as tall as a person as a person can stand on the deck and the railing would come no higher than their chest. These ships are small ones, they're patrol craft that only carry a small crew and some light observation material, so yeah, small
