Here is a free sample of an extremely useful training series. I purchased the training series and it has been one of the best training investments I have ever made. I am not affiliated with this product in any way so this is completely unbiased. Even if you feel the file is too large and will take to much time to download it, the wait is worth it. I selected this sample because I feel after seeing this it will educate and give you a taste for what the rest of the series has to offer.

This link will take you to the site so you can download more free samples of the series. Again I highly recommend you purchase this product if you are serious about 3D.

Thanks for that, Jason,

I stepped into this animation thing a year and a half ago with no prior knowledge, (no photoshop, no graphics design, I could barely read my email.) and there were certain things that I had to take just "as is". I downloaded Pi and P2, watched P1 and will get to P2 later, but after watching P1 my head is full of spots floating around in my brain from all of the lightbulbs popping on in front of my minds eye. This series will go on my wish list, right behind A:M Paint, A space navigator, and Barry Zundels tutorials. (I've got a lot of catching up to do)

Thanks again for the links, enlightening to say the least.

Excellent find Jason. I've watched a couple of the demos, and they are very good. I plan on downloading some of the plates they provide and have a go at some of them.

I highly recomend viewing both videos if anyone has not. I know its alot to take in bot it gives such a well rounded explanation of how things work in cg.
