Just downloaded a web subscription for Hash v.15. After running the installer, when I try to launch the program I get a registration window asking for my User Name. There's no box for an activation code. I enter my User Name and the application quits. I've tried re-installing, re-downloading. I just can't launch the program. What's up with that?

I'm running Snow Leopard, and there are no prior versions of Hash on this machine.

There is no master0.lic file in the AM folder. But thanks, anyway. Is Animation:Master still viable?

If A:M is crashes after this dialog

please check the permissions for the A:M directory, they must be writable for admin like the next screenshot .

If this is not the case , please correct the permissions and drop a note here , that I can check what's happend there .

The activation dialog for the websubscription comes first after A:M is started and looked like the screenshot

Yes, it was a permissions problem. Jason told me to reset the permissions for my Applications folder and all enclosed items to R/W for everyone. Thanks very much.
