Here's what I have so far. It is just the first blocking pass to try to get some basic gestures and timing down.

Cool! I'm sure you're going to put in a little movement after they stop walking. I can't work out if the guard is being sarcastic or serious. lol I think the latter.

Thanks for the comment. It is easier to consider comments at this stage than when I'm almost finished with a scene.
I think the guard is serious, but the dialog does have a certain sarcastic flair to it.

Steve392, that is just the they render in quick shaded mode. They don't really have different colored eye... at least I hope not
