I suppose some complcated heirarchy of permissions could be created to allow this 'n that but mostly this is to test posting of HTML here in the forum.
As a publisher/editor/moderator of this forum you have um... er... permissions.

nope, doesn't work.

Edit: It appears we cannot activate the HTML in someon else's post. Perhaps the originator of the post is the only one that can do that.
I can see the HTML in Preview but upon submitting the forum converts it back.

Right below the text of your post you'll see a place to turn HTML on.
It may be that I haven't properly set your HTML usage permissions though.

Odd. It may be that another setting has created a conflict in your HTML posting permission.

Now that I think about it... you probably need to log out/log in in order for the permissions to take effect.
