In my new video I need it to lightly snow.
Any ideas on the best way to do this?
Sprites maybe?

Here is a clip from a spot where I used a 'sprite' for 3D snow with forces blowing it about. I originally tried a cheezy snow generator in After Effects but because of the camera move it looked quite 2-dimensional. I was very pleased with the 3D results I got in A:M

I used particle streaks for
this snowthe key to making the snow flutter is to put a force, with turbulence added, at the side to add some variety to the streak's motion as they fall.

Yeah, you can't upload tga's to the forum. If you have the snow.tga could you just email it to me? gerrymooney(at)earthlink(dot)net. Thanks! I would like to do snow in AM this year instead of faking it with AfterEffects.
