Much of the blocking had the major poses in this one so not a whole lot of work. I just added a shot of SC "snoozing" at the beginning. Yes I know he doesn't need sleep but it doesn't mean he doesn't like time to think/process.
The mouths match up with the dialog in the chor, but not so much in the mov. I don't know which to believe.

That's great Ken. Would you please add the "other balloons begin to drift by" part? If you want to show some balloons docked or launching from a dock, you can add the "Jinx village balloon platforms.act" to the "Jinx_Village_Base" model.
Not sure what to do with the ship when the camera cuts to the view of Jinxland. I guess it's OK as it is, or you can make it inactive, your call.

The ship will be moving. I just wanted to nail down the animation. It's hard to do it on a moving target. Is Jinxland done? I didn't notice it in the chor.

Jinxland is more or less done. It still needs more merchant shops/stalls. We have two so far in addition to the flower cart.
I didn't add the various actions to construct it in many of the chors because it adds a bunch to the load time and it slows down real time display considerably. If you want to add them, that's fine.
The Jinxland Village actions are in Data > Sets > Jinxland Village
Jinx Village Lighting.act
Jinx village balloon platforms.act
Jinx village merchant stalls.act
Jinx village roads.act
Jinx_Village_Assembly.act
The Jinxland Landscape actions are in the same folder as Jinxland Village. It's a little confusing, but it would be more trouble than it's worth at this point to separate the two.
