The zip includes a version that colors every pane differently so you may more easily see which attribute on the material tree colors which part of the flag. Every pane you see is an Attribute on one half of a gradient combiner. The other half is either another Attribute or yet another combiner.

The material is made to perfectly fit a 180x90cm rectangle, but of course once you place it on a model it can be scaled to fit any other size.
