I see in this ZIP, file there are some nice, wood decals, that we can add to our collections with also.

Just curious... how would that file named "Alpha light Chor3 Decal 0.tga" be utilized ?

Can you actually decal a light in a Chor ?

I have not seen this discussed much anywhere and what effects (generally speaking) could it have with the lighting in a scene ?

The "Alpha light Chor3 Decal 0.tga" has that name because it is the third alpha channel decal that I made in Corel to use for making "frets" on the neck of an instrument. It has nothing to do with lights in a chor.
There is such a thing as Image Based Lighting, but I haven't played with that toy yet, and someone else will have to explain that one, or you could do a search.
Hope you get some use from the models and the decals. Sorry about the confusion.
