Are you asking for these models to be made? Or do you have them made already and want to know how you can contribute them...?

Unless they've been added I don't think the files requested are in the ExtraCDVol1.
At the time the Extra CD was created most of those files resided on the A:M CD with the program.
It might not be too hard to hunt them down but (unless added) I don't think they are in the zip file.

on the AMExtrasCDVol1.zip they are not.I do not know whether all the extra on the dvd are.
If they are not on cd1 then we do not have a hosted download of them.
I've moved this topic over to A:M Exchange for the time being.
What separates this request from others is that these resources already exist.
So we'll see if we can track them down and cross them off the list.
Do not see this as a move into open season for model requests.
Requests by those who frequent the forum often will be entertained.
Requests from other sources should think first about the time it would take to create these resources themselves.
If you were charging for the resource... how much would you want to be paid?
Everyone puts a lot of time and thought into their creations.
If someone offers a model you find useful. Be thankful.
Requests of the 'gimmie! gimmie!' variety will be dealt with swiftly.
