How do you create (3) pose sliders to control the RED, GREEN, and BLUE channels of a groups diffuse color?

I thought it would be as easy as creating the slider and setting the red to zero at one extreme and 255 at the other extreme but this did not seem to work.

Thanks,
robcat2075
First set the color of that group to 0,0,0 black

then create the new pose slider

go to the new Action that is temporarily visible in the "Actions" folder in the PWS. ("Relationship... blah blah blah...")

Enable the 'Show more than drivers" icon in that action

you can now keyframe the properties , like r g or b , of your group in that action

Close the pose window after you finish each one so you don't get confused by multiple temporary actions appearing there.

Hey! Thanks for the help.

I'll give it a go and see if I can get what I was after.

I gave this a try and it worked just as Robcat said it would.
I changed what I was trying to accomplish after working with it a bit.
The slider now works on all three channels but changes like a mood ring.
I'm using it on my robot rig so I'll try to post a little example of what he does in the WIP area for my robot character later.

Thanks again Robcat
