Nice work Ken!
I would love to give you another animation assignment, but at the moment I'm focused on getting Jinxland aerial + village + castle exterior + castle courtyard + throne room + gloria's room in order.

Unless we get a ton of new Jinxland buildings, I am planning to mix the new buildings we get with some modified buildings from TWO. The TWO buildings are not quite the "east-west fantasy" style we were going for, but they already exist, which is a huge plus.

Would you like to create a few buildings for Jinxland? The more new buildings we get, the fewer TWO buildings we'll have to use.
KenH
Sure. Could you give me a guide as to how many and what style. Will they be terraced etc.

Here are some ideas and images posted by Martin and Nancy. These should point you in the right direction. A half dozen different types of buildings would be be wonderful, but even one building would add to the set tremendously.

I also looked back through the original jinxland village thread and found a project file posted by Kelly that never made it to svn. I'm going to try to incorporate the work he did too. Its the least we can do for all the great work he did.

Thanks. Yes, the eyes are because it's rendered in low resolution shaded mode. We have to buy the movie for full spectacular mode. biggrin.gif

Hey Sebastian, glad you are back!

We still need a detailed flower stand or cart of some sort for SC, Pon and Trot to hide behind when the guards pass.
Read about the flower stand in the script. http://project.hash.com/movie/so/active/da...ript/Script.txt
Search for "2_14_02" and you will find the right spot to start reading.

We also need at least one merchant stall for SC and Trot to stop at when they first pass through the village. More would be better.
Search for "2_09_02" in the script.
The merchant stalls can have imaginary fruits and vegetables, or fish, or toys or Jinxland souvenirs or any other type of merchandise a merchant would sell.

If you start working on something, please let us know!
