0005374 Compensate Auto On/Off settings

for expierienced users only
under Tools->Options->Action the checkbox "Old compensate mode"
will give You back the compensate mode behavior as in V12 .

The other way is holding down the Shift key while applying
a constraint or selecting/changing the constraint target , will
also set the compensate mode temporarely to off.

Thanks for this option.
I will probably use it.

My old brain usually forgets the change and as such I often end up having to apply a constraint twice. Not anymore thanks to this option.

Adding the Shift Key element may save me from setting the option back permanently.
I really like that.
