0005362 Decal blank area is broken

This occurs, when You have a decal , which have on a
complete single patch only the mask color (or alpa channel)
in this case , this patch is not decaled because A:M generates
for each decal , when it is applying a mask channel

To prevent this hold this Shift key down when You applying
the decal, then the generated mask is not used
