Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes: I got 11.0 a few years ago and am returning; Is the $99 upgrade option gone and is there only the $299 or subscription options on the table? In either option, is there an updated AoAM?

You got two different options:
- 299 Dollar -> CD-Version, doesnt expire, works only with CD in drive
- 79 Dollar -> Websubscription, expires after one year (from buyingdate), doesnt need a CD, only works on one computer (dongled to the hardware), can be bought by anyone.
-> Update-Version is no longer available.

TAO should be another one than the one you got, but with the same basic structure... only other tutorials.
If you want to learn I can although recommend the A:M Complete-Guide 200x from Amazon.

There may be a new book coming in 2009 from Will Sutton too which is very likley more than recommendable.
The "A:M Technical Reference" could although be worth the money, if you got specific questions to specific features/topics. The printed one is available in the Hash Shop, there is although a online-version, but I am not sure where. It is older, but for most features it is still very useable. (I use it myself from time to time)
