I set up a translate constraint on some nulls on a pose but needed to be able to move the nulls in an action, so I tried to find the "apply before action" setting and for the life of me I couldn't. I ended up opening the model in a text editor and setting it the hard way. Where the heck is it? It's probably somewhere obvious...

That's an "advanced" property.

In Tools>Options>Global check "show advanced properties"
