It's looking good!

Looking good so far Ulrika. smile.gif

Most of the lypsynch done before facial expressions. Be fun to do next week. Then I will refine the lypsynch too.

That's great Ulrika. Make sure you convert all the bone animation channels to "Spline" at some point. The movement will look much more fluid when you do that.

Hmm....some of the voice acting at the end is abit dubious. smile.gif And alot of time between the lines....maybe too much?

Watch out for continuity with the next shot....I think Jeetman is doing it....in his TW is standing up. That's not to say he can't kneel down, but make sure he comes back up at the end.

But lipsync has good timing. My impression is it could use more defined Ooo shapes. The actions that are there are good too. (The head turns at the start could use a dip in the middle IMO).

This scene is coming together quite nicely. smile.gif

Love the sense of scale in the layout of the giant Tin Woodman versus the tiny Pessim early in the sequence.

The lipsync is looking good but its hard to tell until the body/facial gestures are in place.

Actually I believe David H is doing the next shot. I'm doing 2_05_03.

Nice work Ulrika. Maybe a little floaty in areas you haven't gotten to yet, but it's looking better all the time. Keep up the good work.
Rodney
Nice. This is really starting to come together. smile.gif

Yay Ulrika! Thank you for posting these.

The popping of the "Ps" and "Bs" is kind of hard to ignore in the audio. The other thing is that Pessim is a tiny little man, but his voice doesn't sound that way at all. It sounds like he is about as large as Tin Man. Does anyone know how to run Jason's voice through some kind of processor to make him sound really small?

I have a sound editing program that can make him sound smaller. If I do this, it should also be done for the rest of the shots. Do you want me to do it? I can post a sample render to show you.

OK I was asked by Holmes to take over this shot. I'll try to use some of the poses but I have a different view of the scene. The script calls for Pessim to be off the toad and mount it. I think this would look cool and be an interesting challenge so I am going to add that if I can.

Stay tuned. Updates will be coming.

George

EDIT: I guess it's time for bed hehe. I read the script wrong. Pessim is on the toad and will stay that way.

Sure George. That would be awesome.

Haven't had a chance to do anything on the shot worthy of posting, but I did play around with the Pessim vocals to try to get a "small" sounding voice effect. Unfortunately the best I could get was Pessim sounding like he's talking over a phone or radio transmission.

Bottom line is I couldn't get a good enough effect (not to mention for some reason it also had crackles or popping) so I couldn't get it to work.

That's OK George. I know those recordings are challenging.
