I have a model with a bone for each eye with an aim at constrain and the target is a null ,but Im geting the cross-eyed look .If I was to put a null for each eye and another null what would I need the constraint's to be then and would that stop the cross eyed look ,such a lot of questions , appreciate your help guys and gals

Edit your pose with the aim at constraint. Set both constraints to 0%, hit the compensate button and set one of the constraints to 100%, hit the compensate button again and set the other constraint back to 100%.

You could also place another bone between the 2 eye bones and have the eye bones orient like the bone inbetween them. You can just use that center bone or have the center bone aim at the null.
