Here's my first real SO animation. Martin gave me licence to do my own in betweens if I can keep up with the keyframing schedule. I'll probably end up cleaning my own shots anyway. So, here Bill and Trot meet the Ork. It's tough getting back into it with lots of new things to get used to. This is still rough and ready, but it's a start.

I had to reduce the resolution of this 1 min 17 chor render as it was coming out over 20mb. Even still it's about 15 mb. (I didn't save the changes to the camera.)

There are a couple of ork paths and I'm having a problem with the ease on the second one. You'll see the ork suddenly jump. Trying to change the ease causes AM to freeze.

You might have to squint while looking at this. biggrin.gif

PS There's a little more to 2_01_01 but I had to stick it in to another chor (2_01_01a) as it was getting unwieldy. Once that's done, it's on to the next one. Eat my dust fellow keyframers! wink.gif

OH, HO! That's awesome! (We'll have to render that!)

I may be too sensitive to it but Trot's eyes seem to be open too wide during normal speech... What do other people think? (Woot had that problem in TWO too.)

I suppose they all should be wet during these cave scenes, perhaps only drying off as they hike through the tunnel at the end of 2_02.

Thanks Martin.
Could be. I intended her to be wide eyed in parts, but not all the time.

I'll set the wet look to on!

And here's the next part....shorter, smaller (3.4mb) and better quality.

The lipsync looks really good.

The shot looks good!!!!

I don't think many (if any) of us could keep up with you Ken.

In my defense, I got side tracked by my nephew's wedding. He asked me to make his cake and I've been a little busy with that.

I agree with Martin. That's really good lipsync'ing.

I did notice the ork's pupils dilate a bit too much though hehe.

Thanks!

I didn't do anything with them. I do see some realtime stuff happening with his eyes, so that' probably it.
