Apparently Martin wants more unique crows. Don't have a number yet, but I'll start with three and adjust when he gives me a number.
We already have one, so the Project Status Report will say:
Crow 1 : complete
Crow 2 : unassigned (unless you are working on it)
Crow 3: unassigned.

Oh they'll be unique alright. Well, as unique as a crow can get. And it'll mean only rigging one model.

OK, Martin wants 6 unique crows..... or, as you said, as unique as a crow can get.

How Unique you ask? Slop on some feathers, a hat, different feather colorings, sizings

I don't know if Martin knew how unique a crow could be.
I like it, but not sure that it would fly ... pun intended.
