I'm moving my lights in this set from the chor to an action, but some of my lights need materials in order to simulate caustics on the river floor. The only way I can figure out to add a material to a light is to do it in a chor, and I'm not so sure that will work since we are trying to move our lighting out of the chors and into Actions.

Does anyone know of a way to apply a material to a light Model - or a Light Action Object in an Action?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but yes, you can add a light to an action by rightclicking in it. That's how alot of lights were added in TWO.

Thanks for the reply Ken.
What I need to know is: How do I add a *Material* to a light which is in an action?

If you "show more than drivers" in the action on the main model, you can access the action objects (lights) in the bones folder and add the material.

Yet another very useful trick Mark. Works like a charm. Thanks!
