Hello Everyone,
In the tutorial for "FW-190 FIGHTER" I can't seem to get past page 113 (page 121 as a PDF).
I am able to Lathe the first two point Spline, but after I delete the bottom (or top depending if you watch video or read tutorial), reposition the Spline in front and side view, then rotate the green axis to be horizontal I can't get the Lathe tool to appear. It's grayed out. Am I missing something somewhere?
I've attached a video so you can see EXACTLY what I've done. I'ver tried a couple variations, but if you can tell me something like:
"At 1:25 you didn't do X"

It would help a lot.
Also the video tutorial has a lag in what the person is doing and what the person is saying so it's a little hard to follow.

Thanks all.

Whenever I lathe anything, I just select 1 control point, then press the comma ',' key. That causes all other CPs to be selected and then the Lathe button becomes active.

Hope this helps...

Whoa... I'm pretty sure that it only comes active when you have *one* CP selected...

EDIT: Tries it... it works!

I am *still* learning new stuff. :-)

Wow... Thanks, Al!

ok... Weird Thing. After I do my first Lathe, and get to my second, I pressed and held down the CTRL key (not SHIFT as indicated in the Tutorial), selected a CP and VIOLA!! The lathe option appeared. I then Shift clicked over the other CP's and made my wheel.

Thanks for the suggestions.
