I have tried to follow the exercise1, but everytime I tried to render by clicking in the choreography I will get an error message when the rendering reach 70%. I am running it on Vista. sad.gif

"not responding"

Thank you.

Can you see what is being rendered at that time? It usually says at the bottom of the screen. There could be an image file that's causing a problem.....or a light or something.

Ken,

I am at work right now and cannot check to be sure, but If I still remember correct. I can only see the percetage of the redering process at the bottom of the screen, but when I render the exercise2 it works just fine without any issue. I remember that there was a message about somthing "rcp server error" or "rpc server error" when I tried to close the app. I will check for sure when I get home after work.

Thank you,

Are any of the files you are using in that exercise on the CD? Use copies on your HD.

Rob,

I have a 1yr subscription, so all required file are on my HD. I copy the data.zip and replaced the old one where the software is installed. I do not think this is the file issue.

Thank you.
