When I try to load 2_01_54 I get 8 errors like this regarding a light list:

the light ist is in my SVN in that location so there must something else wrong in the chor or an action that controls the lights?
I'm presuming that a missing light element is why the tinman is less lit than the background when I do a test render:

Just do whatever you have to do and save, (you'll lose the Lightlists). I'll relight it later when I have time.
