Anyone seen this? the nulls on the face rig seem to suddenly be infinitely big.

Actually I guess it's not the face nulls themselves, but something on that plane is being very weird. They appear like this when I turn the Face rig on to 1% or 2%.

it's only on the scarecrow in this shot, the Tinman's facerig seems to behave normally.

hmmm... it seems to have something to do with "Bone position" keys that have mysteriously appeared. Which are different from the regular "transform" keys that we usually set.

I guess deleting them all will solve this.

I am not involved in the TWO project, but use Nulls now and then (in V14.0c) and I can attest that I have seen the same thing recently (enlarged nulls, center still in the right place...but REALLY big for no apparent reason.)

Robert in your crtique video on this scene you told me to take the lip sync aniamtion and move it out farther down the time line. I went into PWS and selected the CP for the lower face nulls and slide it down the time line. After I did that I got this result. May if I slide them back it will go away?
