This is a 16 page tutorial on using Treez. It covers the basic features of Treez as well as the more advanced "custom" properties.

Nice tut Holmes.
There is one more thing you can add to this.
You can add a bark decal to the base and canopy model, but DO NOT apply it. When you invoke the treez plug-in in an action, the plug-in will automaticly apply the decal as a tiled image along the path it takes in creating the tree. adjusting the repeat on the image properties on the Y axis til it looks reasonable. I usually start at about 20 or 30 repeats, depending on the height of the tree. You can set this before or after, but you have to add the decal before you use the plug-in.

Thanks for the addition! I did experiment with that, but for whatever reason my computer hung when I tried it so I just left it out of the tut. Since it seems to work for you, I'll try to play around with it some more when I get a chance.

It should be installed by the v15 installer so check again.
While you have to make the base spline and targets in the Modeling window you must access and run the Treez Wizard by Right Clicking in an Action window.
