Here is my first take. I am posting to get out from in front of me(and so that Martin doesn't think that I did nothing all week wink.gif ). The intial start and the transition from "the" to "big" I not comfortable with but am unsure what to do about it right now.

Robert,

Here are the changes based on your comments. I sort of did the extra credit and had Woot bring his hand up to his forehead to give the look of confoundination??? When I tried the pose with his hand behind his head I was running in to all kinds of problems with his ears, since they are very large, and trying to get a position that did not have some intersection. So I settled for less. I do have the file with the changes minus the hand to the forehead in case you would prefer that animation better. Also I toned down some of the expressions.

oooo...Almost........ He's still moving right up to the very last frame which leaves us nowhere to cut. He's got to get into a held pose for about 12 frames at the end or it will be an awkward cut to the next shot.

I'd have that head nod up and not settle back down again. use a long ease-in to the last 5% of the motion to keep it from freezing. I'd also lag the arm slightly so it isn't rising up as a rigid unit with the torso and head on that last move.

I hope this is what you meant.....

Thats quite well done though I am a little perturbed by the way his other arm seems locked to his side. Just a small amount of movement might look better.

Cheers
