Hey everyone I need to make a monster, but i can't find a good tutorial for it online. Can someone help me plz
John Bigboote
Start with a sketch...no matter how crude or detailed (the better the better tho) There is someone on the forum right now modelling a WOLF from sketches and doing a pretty good job, maybe mirror his method. Other than that...get in a model window and start lathing and extruding and detailling and saving often and cussing! Have you watched all the free tutorials available at the Hash site?

There was talk at one time of adding a 'make monster' button (make dragon?) but the programmers put the 'chai-bosch' on it.

Good luck!

Look at the models on the cd and then alter them would be a fast way to get a monster thats rigged

sample of 5-10 minutes of work with mirror mode turned on

If you need a mecha monster, I would think the knight model could easily be reworked. There's lotsa metal images you can decal on the monster - on the A:M dvd, the extras dvd, and elsewhere (I've collected a bunch from 3DWorld discs).
