Full Version: How Can I combine two actions at the same time?

HI everyone biggrin.gif , I`ve a trouble with something blink.gif , I`ve a character who needs to walk while is talking too, the thing is that a made an action with the lip and another different with the walk and I can`t get that the two actions work at the same time ,, is there a way to do that? and how can I do it?....... also an explanaition of how works the chor actions will help cose I don`t know how to combine them either... Please some HELP sad.gif .....

As long as the two actions aren't controlling the same bones they should both work together, otherwise the one that is lower down in the hierarchy will overwrite the other.

Scale your choreography so that you can see the full length of it and make sure that both the actions are where you expect them to be. You might have accidentally dropped one of the actions at the wrong location.

perhaps try setting the actions to 'additive' instead of 'replace'...

rolleyes.gif cool.gif laugh.gif Thank you very much to you both, it`s working¡¡¡¡ I turned to add the actions and put their start point at the same frame , also i had a little move on the mouth so the action did not work, but when I erased that move the action combine very well biggrin.gif .. Thank you guys¡

And one more thing , someone can tell me where can I learn about the chor actions?

I don't know of any tutorials in which to point you but I can say this... I'll use choreography actions as sort of 'supplemental' actions- so, if I had 1 action with my character walking, another of char talking and I add the 2 together in the chor and loop them out - I might want the guy to look to the left after he is done talking but still walkin... I can do that in the choreography and it will supplement the other actions. (Remember to use 'additive')
