How do I copy/paste the keys for a constraint offset? Having the constraint filter on doesn't seem to enable it. Neither does the ETC filter.

Expand the constraint out and select the channel you want to copy.

Actually I'm wanting to do this in the chor rather than a relationship, because I want to make some keyframes on the offsetts of a bone I have constrained to another bone.

It's the same in the Choreography...in the Action, select the constraint and expand it out. If there is no key, you can select the constraint and put values in the compensates there to make the key you will edit.
