Hi there,
some of my DT Materials are refusing to render with the simbiont of my AM (v.13). They just show me some red X on black ground.
I have heard, that this might be the result of an certain DLL which needs to be replaced. Is that true? And if that is so, where may i get that
DLL?
If there is no download location and its not too large, maybe a kind person which has it allready can mail it to me?
Heinerhink@googlemail.com
Thanks for helping me out!

assuming you are talking about one of the image based DarkTree textures, this plugin is only distributed with the PURCHASED version of DarkTree Textures- if you guys are distributing it amongst yourselves, that is BAD-

Hi there,
first of all, i own a legal version of Dark Tree. Then: I am not talking about the issue with the image based DTs, this problem is fixed with the 2.51 update of DT.
I am having the issues especialy with the DTs which are coming along with Enhance DT (which i also own legaly).

You could try asking on the Enhance:DT forum - I think this is a new forum, as there are only a couple of recent posts there.
Go to
http://www.shaders.co.uk/and click the link to the forum at the foot of the page.

Hi there,
i got an solution for my problem from the makers of Enhance DT.
This is what they wrote:
The key to this is where the AM simbiont thinks all the components are. Do a search in the machine for natural.dll then copy all of the Enhance:DT dlls to the locations where this file has been found and try again
Then i just copied all the dlls into DarkTree Folder of AM and now it works.
By the way: I can recomend Enhance Dark Tree and/or Enhance AM. Cool stuff at a reasonable price.
Best regards

Glad to hear you got an answer, Heiner. I only just bought Enhance:AM as an anniversary present, which will be given to me in a couple of weeks.
I bought it because of the fire storm demo, which is just the thing for a flaming eye, and I'm hoping I can make some cool skin stuff with it too.
Fire storm tutorial here:
