Is Quicktime supposed to be able to open it?

Windows media player will open it. Are you on a Mac?

Hi Holmes, the motion is going real good. Can you get each event to have it's own beat? Sort of like

pose... "O"... pose... "Z"...

rather than

(pose/"O"), (pose/"Z")

there needs to be a bit more separation between hitting the pose and mouthing the sound. If you did a small head scoop into mouthing the "O" and a small head nod (up then down) to hit "Z" that might help draw attention to what he's saying.

The hand waves at the start look really good!

Hi Holmes, this is almost done. To really sell this I think we need to add just a little bit of head gesture to the mouth movements or they will get overlooked...

Note that it's not just the head moving by itself in isolation, the body is a small part of it.
