Somehow I can't get into A:M reports so I will post here on the assumption the right person will see it.

I have a simple model (12 control points) that comes up with all CPs lit (selected). Nothing I do will make them deselect, including reloading the program (V13). If I click on any CP, I get the two-note "ka-doink" and the program closes instantly.

With only 12 cps, I can just redo it, but occasionally this happens on more complex models. It also used to happen in V12. I haven't needed V14's features much yet, so I don't use that enough to know if it happens there. (Too lazy to redirect the library pointers) Sometimes it's one stuck cp, sometimes all of them.

I think you must make an effort to get into Reports and report this. No one can do it for you because you have the project were this is happening. You don't even say what version of 13 you have. This I fear will go nowhere unless you make the effort to report it properly. I can't do it for you I don't even have 13 installed. I hasn't happened to me in 14 (which is the only version I think Hash might fix it in anyway... maybe only V15) but if you have somehow created a situation that causes this, it may effect 14 and 15... so... report it okay.

Have you tried to export the model and bring it into a new project?

Yes. It not only imports with the same problem, but infects any other CPs present (if, say, I were importing a model as a component in another model).

I can't even remember now where I got blocked trying to get into A:M reports. Hafta try again and see what happens...

(Maybe I should file a report... laugh.gif )
